He has expertise in IT -Software & Services industry with wide exposure to US and APAC.

He has done his Masters in Business Management form AIMA, India and in Computers (MCA) from UPTU.

TECHNICAL

Java/J2EE Developers

  • Design and develop efficient programming codes.
  • Independently design, code and test individual features, as well as jointly work with other team members to deliver complex changes.
  • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Proven hands-on Software Development experience.
  • Required skill(s): Java/J2EE (JSP, Servlet, EJB), SQL, HTML5, JavaScript.

.NET Developers

  • Participate and contribute to the full cycle of software development.
  • Develop and maintain internet software solutions.
  • Responsible for research, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of complete software solutions.
  • Required skill(s): ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#
  • Additional skill(s) for both positions: HTML, XML, Javascript, CSS, SQL Query.

Sharepoint Consultant 

  • To design, define and document solutions, taking part in technical requirement meetings, discussion forums and related meetings.
  • To work through specifications and develop solutions where appropriate in line with project documentation.
  • To keep up to date on all technologies connected to Microsoft SharePoint Development tools and products.

SALES

Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Achieve meeting targets.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects and update CRM.
  • Meet with sales team to build pipeline and close deals.

 Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Track record of achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
